The long awaited Hip/Hop album of the year has finally arrived.

On April 29, rapper/singer, Drake, officially released his new album “views”, which had been the most anticipated album release of the year.  In December there were rumors that the album might release in early January and when it didn’t, the desire for the new album grew immensely throughout the Hip Hop community.

On Jan. 30, Drake released his single called Summer Sixteen, and at the time, most speculations were that the highly anticipated album would release not until the summer of 2016.  However, in Early April it was confirmed that ‘Views’ would release on friday April 29 and be aired on Drake’s OVO SOUND RADIO via Apple Music on April 28.

The album has 20 songs on it’s tracklist including Hotline Bling, One Dance, and Controlla, which all released in weeks prior to the release of ‘Views’.   The other 17 songs on the album are a good mixture of R&B slow tunes, and the more modern rap that we’ve come to expect from Drake.  He pulls out his emotional “Take Care” lyrics while also flexing his Toronto Street muscle.

Whether you need a new album to kick back and vibe to or just something to soothe you while taking your bubble bath, this album will avail.
